TriEx Management has embraced technology in our construction process in order to deliver on-time and on-budget results to our clients. We utilize CoConstruct as our construction management software, which allows us to manage the entire business from bidding and estimation to project management and time tracking. As your project progresses, you will receive updates from your assigned project manager, which will include: photographs and estimates to completion. For time and materials (T&M) based projects, these updates will include budget versus actual projections.
